THE COSTS
Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include:
Full payment for all products and services is required at time of booking by credit card on the secure site via Stripe.
If he does not wish to pay by Internet and subject to confirmation of availability of the services chosen, the customer has the possibility of contacting Locations Queyras by telephone (06 10 01 90 67) during working hours.
CANCELLATION OF STAY
Concluded on the basis of the prices given, the reservation contract provides that the cancellation costs are borne by the buyer under the following conditions:
Cancellation free of charge guaranteed until D-2 with reasons related to COVID-19, for any stay between 04/12/2020 and 18/04/2022.
Impossibility of movement: confinement or blocked perimeter
MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT
MODIFICATION BY THE CUSTOMER :
In the event of late arrival, premature departure, reduction in the number of people compared to the initial file, no refund will be made.
In the event of a number of people greater than that indicated on the voucher, the accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse customers' access to the accommodation or to require the payment of a supplement.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY RENTALS QUEYRAS :
LOCATIONS QUEYRAS acting as a vacation organizer is led to choose different service providers for the execution of its programs.
These service providers retain in any case, with regard to the holidaymaker, their specific responsibilities under the terms of the legislation governing their activities.
In the event of failure of a service provider, external circumstances or a case of force majeure, LOCATIONS QUEYRAS will endeavor to offer the customer replacement solutions with the most similar possible characteristics of the booked stay.
If there were no possible alternatives, the customer would then be fully reimbursed for all sums paid to the exclusion of any compensation, or damages.
DISPUTES
Any complaint relating to a stay must be addressed to LOCATIONS QUEYRAS by registered mail, no later than 15 days before the end of the stay.In case of dispute, only the courts of Gap (05) will be competent.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER OF THE RESERVATION SITE
The user agrees to be bound by the following obligations:
Reimbursement of rental services not consumed in the event of interruption or late arrival of the tenant in the premises following the events listed in the Cancellation of stay guarantee EXCEPT professional transfer, divorce or separation, inability to access the place of stay, refusal visa, theft of identity documents, professional reservations.
DAMAGE TO THE TENANT'S PROPERTY
Only as a result of fire, explosion and water damage and frost. Any other damage, theft or vandalism of property belonging to the tenants and occupants designated in the rental contract are not guaranteed.
CIVIL LIABILITY OF THE TENANT
- Rental liability (fire, explosion, water damage, etc.)

- Broken glass
- Damage to property of the owner

THE COSTS
Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include:
- Tourist taxes instituted by the municipalities of each site. These taxes will be collected by the service provider at the place of stay. Depending on the municipality, these taxes range from 0.23 Euros to 3.50 Euros per day and per person.
- Drinks and extras
- For a furnished rental, the deposit located approximately between 80 Euros and 3000 Euros which is required from the tenant on arrival, and returned within a period of approximately 3 weeks after departure control and possible deduction of costs or additional cleaning required by the inventory. Prices are subject to change at any time in the event of economic changes and are understood to be in Euros.

CANCELLATION OF STAY

- From 60 to 30 days: 25% of the total amount of the stay, from 29 to 14 days: 50% of the total amount of the stay, from 13 to 5 days: 75% of the total amount of the stay, less than 5 days: 100% of the total amount of the stay
- The date on which the cancellation is taken into account will be the day on which LOCATION QUEYRAS is notified by e-mail or registered mail. The customer has the possibility of subscribing to an insurance in order to cover, under certain conditions, the costs of cancellation of stays.

- claims due to alcoholism, drunkenness, drugs, taking narcotics, use of drugs not prescribed medically
